My Mission
All my life I have been interested in people and their life situations and I express a genuine interest in the clients I serve. I strive to provide a safe and peaceful space in which my clients can explore new ways of thinking and learn new coping skills.
I provide therapy for mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, sex addiction, as well as support overcoming life challenges and transitions including relationship struggles.
I use a variety of treatment techniques depending on the needs of the individual client, as well as the nature of the issue being addressed. Some of the techniques I use are derived from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, paradoxical and mindfulness based interventions, solution focused principles, DBT, gestalt and family systems approaches.
