Registered Psychologist

My Approach

I believe therapy should be practical, empowering, and delivered in a safe, respectful space.

Together, we go beyond simply talking about problems. We identify patterns, understand how your mind and nervous system work, and develop tools you can apply in real life – in your relationships, your work, and your everyday decisions.

My role is not to “fix” you. It is to help you access the strength, clarity, and resilience that already exists within you.

You’ve already taken the hardest step – recognizing that something needs to shift. The rest, we work through together.

Flexible & Accessible Support

Sessions are available online via Zoom across British Columbia and Alberta, allowing you to access therapy from your home, office, or even while traveling – without adding stress to your schedule.

In-person sessions are available in Kelowna on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Choose the setting that feels safest and most convenient for you.

About me

Therapy is about your growth and your goals and choosing a psychologist is a personal decision. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable with the person you choose to work with.

Here is a little about who I am and how I approach my work.

Credentials & Training

I am a Registered Psychologist licensed in British Columbia (CHCPBC #2357) and Alberta (CAP #4452).

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy, I have been working in the mental health field since 2012 and in private practice since 2017.

Who I Work With &
How I Help

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma-related symptoms, ADHD, obsessive patterns, and compulsive behaviors. I also support clients navigating relationship difficulties, life transitions, and periods of emotional overwhelm.

Whether you feel stuck in repetitive thoughts, disconnected in relationships, or exhausted from constantly “holding it together,” therapy can help you understand the underlying patterns and build healthier ways of coping and responding.

My approach is evidence-based and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused techniques to help you develop practical tools while gaining deeper insight into your patterns.

Our work is collaborative, structured, and focused on meaningful change — not just temporary symptom relief.
